Together, we can be the hands & feet of Christ to those in need.
The carnage of Hurricane Michael is hard to fathom. The damage is far-reaching, but so also is the opportunity! As believers in a local church, we want to respond. And the first step is to give sacrificially.
Note From the Elders
Many of you have asked about how we can help in the wake of the storm. We’re asking the same question and seeking answers.
As believers in a local church, we want to respond. God calls us to it! And we will.
Right now, we are gathering as much information as we can, and we are intentionally praying through the best ways for us to join together as a church, and with others, to provide relief.
We want to help one another, help those who’ve lost so much, and see how we can join others in the Body of Christ.
Some in our South Walton community—like the 30a Lacrosse program—have even reached out to us to see how we can partner with them as well. As those details flesh out, and many more, we will keep you informed.
If you have suggestions or ideas about how we can help, we’re open and willing to hear them! For now, Pastor Josh will be overseeing the organization of our church’s relief efforts; please email him if you have information: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We plan to meet this Sunday together as a church. Let’s come together for worship and prayer. Corporate prayer will begin at 9am. (Fellowship meal has been postponed). We’ll see you soon.
