I am a native Floridian who grew up in Niceville most of my life. Under the direction and teaching of my parents, I gave my life to Jesus before age 10. They were the primary teachers of the Christian message and life into early adulthood. I am continually grateful for them in my life.
In high school, I first began to understand the call to pastoral ministry, but it wasn't until late in my college career that I pursued it. It was also during those years that I met my lovely wife, Mandi. We were married in July 2011. In the fall of 2012, we moved to Massachusetts to pursue pastoral training (Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary). In those three years, two wonderful children came into our lives: Abigail and Jack.
As seminary was ending, we felt God moving us back to the Panhandle to pursue church planting with the Huffmans. And through about a year of prayer and planning, we are so excited to a part of what God is doing through Redeemer in Santa Rosa Beach. We're thankful to the Lord for His blessing of two more children since we relocated to Florida: Lucas and Kate.
